Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email update to let you know the outcome. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it promptly and credit the amount to your original payment method within a few days.
What if My Refund is Late?

Sale Items
Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items can’t be refunded.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll exchange it for the same product. Just email us at info@sbrsupplies.co.uk to arrange this, and send the item back to the address above.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for covering return shipping costs, and unfortunately, we can’t refund those costs. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—just to be safe.
