Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period begins on the date you receive the Order Confirmation. The timeline depends on the type of Product and delivery method:
- For single Products delivered at once: 14 days after receiving the Product.
- For multiple Products delivered in parts: 14 days after the final delivery.
- For recurring deliveries: 14 days after the first delivery.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, less any deductions for damage caused by unnecessary handling. Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If returning a faulty or misdescribed item, we will also reimburse reasonable return costs.

Payment
Payment for Products and associated delivery charges must be made using one of the payment methods available on our Website at the time of your order. Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped.
The order will only be processed once funds have cleared. Payment must be made without any deductions unless covered by a valid court order requiring us to reimburse you.
In certain cases, we may accept deposits for custom or non-stocked items. This includes, but is not limited to, bespoke designs or special orders. Our standard deposit is 30% of the total order value, but this may vary depending on the specifics of the order.
Price Match Promise
We are committed to offering competitive prices through our Price Match Promise. If you find the same Product at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it, subject to the following conditions:
- The competitor’s Product must be identical or directly comparable to the one we offer.
- The Product must be in stock at the competitor’s store at the time of the price match.
- The competitor’s price must remain lower after adding any additional costs like VAT or shipping.
Price matches exclude discounts tied to bulk purchases, memberships, or vouchers visible only to selected users.

Discounts and Promotions

Risk and Ownership

Delivery

While we strive to deliver goods promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues. We recommend ensuring you have received your materials before scheduling tradespeople. If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are assumed to be in good condition unless signed for as “damaged,” “unchecked,” or a similar status. Any issues, including damages, shortages, or incorrect items, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Pallet Deliveries
Large or heavy orders may be delivered on pallets for safety and security. You will receive an email notification prior to dispatch. Pallet deliveries are classified as kerbside, meaning the driver will deliver as close as possible to your property. If access is restricted (e.g., due to narrow streets, stairs, or other obstructions), the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point.
The driver is not insured to carry goods inside your property. We recommend having at least two people available to assist with moving the goods into your premises.
Returns

Warranty
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original buyer. They do not transfer if the Product is resold or if the property containing the Product is sold. Terms For Quotations and Sale
Quotations are based on the information provided by you, and we cannot be held liable for errors resulting from inaccurate details. Any technical advice offered is given independently and in good faith.
Applications for Trade Accounts are subject to approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse applications or terminate pre-existing accounts for any reason deemed appropriate.
Trade Account holders may have their account status upgraded or downgraded without prior notice, which may affect the benefits and discounts available.
